このページは、tsyk-app(以下「当社」といいます。)
iOS:本アプリの「アプリ制限」機能は、Apple が提供する Screen Time API(Family Controls / DeviceActivity / ManagedSettings フレームワーク)を利用しています。
- アカウント情報:ユーザー ID(Firebase の匿名 ID)。
これらは Google Cloud(Firebase Authentication / Cloud Firestore / Cloud Functions・東京リージョン)に保存され、通信は暗号化(HTTPS / TLS)されます。
本アプリは、Pro(月額・年額の自動更新サブスクリプション、および買い切り)をApp内課金として提供しています。

1440 Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how tsyk-app (“we”, “us”) handles user information in the smartphone app “1440” (the “App”).
Please read this policy before installing the App, and use the App only if you understand and agree to it. In this policy, “user information” means information that identifies you, your activity on communication services, and other information generated, used or stored on your smartphone in connection with you that we obtain under this policy.
Our approach
The personal time ledger works without an account or sign-in, and its data is stored on your device.
Only when you use the optional shared ledger (a group of 2–5 people) do we create an anonymous account (optionally signed in with Apple or Google) and store on our server the summary you choose to share.
App names, the times you used apps, and exact usage time from Screen Time (iOS) or Usage Access (Android) never leave your device, in any feature.
Information kept on your device
The following is stored only on your device and used only to display the App and its widgets and extensions:
- Your time ledger, budgets, plans, savings goals and other records
- Display settings (theme, widget settings, etc.)
- App-limit targets, limits and block (shield) settings
Screen Time (iOS), Usage Access and Accessibility (Android)
iOS: The App Limits feature uses Apple’s Screen Time API (Family Controls / DeviceActivity / ManagedSettings). The apps and categories you select and their usage time are handled on-device by Apple’s frameworks, and neither we nor any third party can read them.
Android: The App uses Usage Access (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS) to total the usage time of the apps you select, on your device. It uses the AccessibilityService API only to show a block screen when an app you chose comes to the foreground after your own daily budget for it is spent. It detects only the package name of the foreground app; it does not read screen content, input or actions, and sends nothing off the device. You can turn blocking off at any time in Settings.
In either case, other members of your group cannot control or restrict your device.
Information stored on our server when you use the shared ledger
Only if you join a group do we store the following on our server:
- Account: user ID (Firebase anonymous ID). If you sign in with Apple or Google, that account’s ID, email address (including Apple’s “Hide My Email” address) and name
- Profile: display name (up to 20 characters), character, language, time zone, OS type, the group you belong to, sharing settings and day-off settings
- Daily summaries: day type (weekday/day off, etc.), take-home time, goal, self-reported “invest in yourself” minutes and category, whether you stayed within budget (if you choose to share it), borrowed time, repayments, balance, savings, deposit breakdown, required pace and the plan you set in the morning (minutes)
- Shared group content: request cards (title, minutes, status), stamps, reminders, shared goals, savings goals (name, category, target, due date, total deposits), re-planning proposals and the group name
- Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging device token)
- Pro status, product ID and expiry (so that everyone in the group can use Pro)
This data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase Authentication / Cloud Firestore / Cloud Functions, Tokyo region) and encrypted in transit (HTTPS / TLS). Shared group content can be read only by members of that group, and members see only the summary you choose to share. We access this data only as needed to operate the service, fix problems and respond to inquiries.
Never sent to our server: app names, app icons, the times you used apps, exact usage time, location, contacts, photos, or the ledger on your device itself.
In-app purchases
The App offers Pro (monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions, and a one-time purchase). Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never receive or store your credit card or payment details.
We may use RevenueCat, Inc. to verify and manage purchases. In that case, your purchase history (store transaction information) and user ID are sent to RevenueCat.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version of the App shows ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). Pro users see no ads.
To deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect device and app identifiers, approximate location (estimated from your IP address), records of ad views and taps, and performance data.
On iOS, the App does not ask for tracking permission through App Tracking Transparency and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA); we do not track you. On Android, the App uses Google’s advertising ID to deliver and measure ads. You can reset or delete the advertising ID and turn off personalized ads in your device settings. In the EEA, the UK and other regions where consent is required, the App shows a consent form (Google UMP) and serves ads according to your choice.
→ How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
Analytics and crash reporting
To improve quality, the App uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to collect product interaction (screens viewed, features used, etc.), crash logs and performance data. This data is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking.
→ Firebase privacy and security
Notifications
The App shows local notifications on your device based on reminders you set. If you use a group, we may also send push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging to let you know about requests, stamps and other activity from members.
We ask for your permission to send notifications; if you decline, no notifications are shown.
How we use information
We use user information only to:
- Provide the App’s features (shared ledger, group sharing, notifications and Pro)
- Manage accounts and restore them when you change devices
- Deliver third-party ads (free version only)
- Create statistics that do not identify you, and improve the App
- Fix problems and respond to inquiries
Sharing with third parties
We do not share user information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We do entrust user information to the service providers listed above (Google [Firebase and AdMob], RevenueCat and Apple) within the scope described in this policy. Members of your group see the summary you choose to share.
Retention
- Daily summaries are automatically deleted 90 days after they are saved.
- Other data on our server is kept until you leave the group or delete your account data.
- Information collected by the advertising, analytics and purchase-management services is retained according to each provider’s policy.
Deleting your data
In the app: In the shared ledger, go to ⚙ (Group settings) › Account › “Delete my server data” to immediately delete your account (Firebase user) and all of your data on our server. Leaving a group deletes the summaries, cards and other content you saved in that group.
On the web: For instructions and how to request deletion by email, see:
→ 1440: Delete your account data
On your device: Uninstalling the App deletes the data stored on your device. App-limit (shield) settings are removed when you clear them in the App or uninstall it.
Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a child uses the shared ledger, please do so with a parent’s or guardian’s consent. If you learn that personal information of a child under 13 has been stored, please contact us below and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as needed. The updated policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
