アプリ内で削除する方法（推奨）
SoftMaxx アプリ内から、以下の手順でいつでもアカウントを削除できます。
- アプリを起動し、画面下部の「設定」タブを開く
- 「アカウント削除」をタップ
- 確認ダイアログで「削除」を選択
完了すると、ご利用の Apple ID／Google アカウントとの紐付けが解除され、Firebase 上に保存されたタスクデータと、本アプリ内に保存された写真が削除されます。
アプリを利用できない場合の申請方法
アプリにアクセスできない場合は、以下のメールアドレス宛にご連絡ください。

SoftMaxx アカウント削除希望 - 本文に記載いただく情報: サインインに使用したメールアドレス

ご連絡から 7 営業日以内 に削除を完了し、結果をご返信します。
削除されるデータ
- ユーザーアカウント情報（Firebase Authentication 上の UID、メールアドレス、表示名）
- クラウドに同期されたタスク・完了履歴・設定データ（Cloud Firestore 上のユーザードキュメント）
- 端末ローカルに保存された Before / Progress 写真およびタスクキャッシュ（アプリ内削除を選んだ場合）
保持されるデータと保持期間
- 購入履歴（Apple App Store / Google Play の取引記録）: 法令上の要請により最長 7 年間 保持されます。これは弊社サーバーではなくプラットフォーム（Apple／Google）側に記録されます。
- 匿名化された使用統計（Firebase Analytics）: 個人を特定する情報を含まない集計データとして最長 26 ヶ月間 保持されます。
写真について
SoftMaxx の写真機能は 端末ローカル保存のみ で、サーバーには一切送信していません。アプリをアンインストールするか、アプリ内の「アカウント削除」を実行することで、本アプリ内の写真は削除されます。お客様の端末のカメラロール／写真ライブラリ本体に保存されている写真は削除されません。

How to delete in-app (recommended)
You can delete your account from within the SoftMaxx app at any time:
- Open the app and tap the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm in the dialog
This unlinks your Apple ID / Google account, removes your cloud-synced data on Firebase, and deletes locally stored Before / Progress photos within the app.
Request deletion via email (if you can’t access the app)
If you cannot access the app, please contact us:

We will complete the deletion within 7 business days and reply to confirm.
Data that is deleted
- User account information (Firebase Authentication UID, email, display name)
- Cloud-synced task data, completion history, and settings (Cloud Firestore user document)
- Locally stored Before / Progress photos and task cache within the app (when in-app deletion is used)
Data that is retained
- Purchase records (Apple App Store / Google Play transaction logs): retained up to 7 years as required by law. Stored on the platform side (Apple / Google), not on our servers.
- Anonymized usage statistics (Firebase Analytics): aggregated data with no personally identifiable information, retained up to 26 months.
About photos
SoftMaxx photos are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded to any server. They are removed from the app when you uninstall it or run “Delete Account” from within the app. Photos already saved to your device’s Camera Roll / Photo Library are not affected.
