Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 September 2026

1. What the app does

Sorabiyori puts the things you have to do on days the weather suits them. The judgements are ours, made to our own criteria.

Sorabiyori does not provide weather forecasts. It shows no temperatures, no chance of rain, no humidity and no indices — only whether a day suits a thing or does not. When you need to know the weather itself, use your national weather service or your phone’s own weather app.

It does not handle weather warnings. Those come from your phone’s standard alerts.

2. About the judgements

A judgement is a guide, made from forecast data to our own criteria, and it is not a guarantee. We are not liable for washing that did not dry or for being rained on.

A proposed reshuffle moves nothing until you accept it, and stays undoable for three seconds after you do.

3. Subscription

Some features — widgets, the evening notification, weather tags on the shopping list, and acting directly from a notification — are paid. There is a seven-day free trial, and cancelling within it means no charge.

Manage or cancel from the App Store or Google Play. We never receive payment details.

4. Data

Tasks, records and notes stay on the device and are not sent to our servers. See the Privacy Policy.

Resetting the phone or deleting the app loses the data permanently. There is no backup feature at present.

5. Weather data sources

Each provider’s data is used under that provider’s own terms.

6. Changes

If these terms change, this page is updated and the date above is changed with it.

7. Governing law

The laws of Japan.
