Trellis 利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、tsyk-app（以下「当社」）が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「Trellis」（以下「本アプリ」）と、その有料機能「Trellis Pro」（以下「Pro」）の利用について定めるものです。本アプリを使った時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 本アプリでできること

本アプリは、植物の水やりやお世話を記録し、家族と分担できるアプリです。無料で使える範囲と Pro で使える範囲は、アプリ内とストアの説明に表示します。機能の内容は、改善のために変わることがあります。

2. Trellis Pro（買い切り）

  • Pro は 1 回払いの買い切りです（非消費型のアプリ内課金）。サブスクリプション（自動更新）ではなく、継続して課金されることはありません。
  • 1 人が購入すると、その世帯の全員が Pro になります。購入した人が世帯を抜けると、ほかに購入した人がいない場合、ほかのメンバーの Pro も終わります。
  • 価格は App Store または Google Play の購入画面に表示されます。国・地域や時期によって異なることがあります。
  • 決済は Apple または Google が行います。当社はクレジットカードなどの決済情報を受け取りません。
  • 7 日間のお試し：Pro は、案内が表示された場合に 7 日間無料で試せます。お試しのあとに自動で課金されることはありません。 お試しが終わると Pro の機能は使えなくなり、続けて使うには購入が必要です。足した植物と写真は消えませんが、お試し中に無料の上限を超えて足した植物と、古い写真は、購入するまで見られません。お試しは 1 世帯につき 1 回です。
  • 購入の復元：アプリを入れ直したときや機種を変えたときは、購入したときと同じストアアカウントでサインインし、アプリ内の復元の操作から Pro を戻せます。App Store と Google Play の間では移せません。
  • 返金：返金は各ストアの手続きで行われ、当社から直接返金することはできません。
  • App Store から入手した場合は、本規約とあわせて Apple の標準使用許諾契約（EULA） が適用されます。

3. 植物のお世話について

  • 水やりの時期や季節の調整などは目安です。植物の種類や置き場所、季節によって、適したお世話は異なります。植物の健康や生育を保証するものではありません。
  • 通知は、OS の設定や端末の省電力、通信の状況によって届かないこと、遅れることがあります。

4. 家族との共有

  • 共有の機能を使うには、Apple または Google でのサインインが必要です。植物の名前・写真・お世話の記録、お名前などは、同じ世帯のメンバーに表示されます。
  • 招待リンクは、信頼できる人にだけ渡してください。
  • ご自身が登録した写真や文章の責任はお客様にあります。

5. データ

  • ひとりで使う間、データはお使いの端末の中にだけ保存されます。アプリを削除するとこのデータも消え、当社では復元できません。
  • 共有を使う場合は、データがクラウドに保存されます。アプリ内の「アカウント削除」から消せます。

6. 広告

  • 無料でお使いの場合、本アプリには Google AdMob による広告が表示されます。
  • 必要な地域では、広告の表示の前に、広告に使う情報の扱いについての同意をお聞きします（Google の同意管理ツール UMP）。
  • Pro を利用すると、広告は表示されなくなります。

7. 禁止事項

本アプリの利用にあたり、次のことをしないでください。

  • 法令や公序良俗に反する行為
  • ご自身に権利のない写真や、他人のプライバシーを侵害する写真を登録する行為
  • お願いの通知や招待を、相手を困らせる目的で繰り返し送る行為
  • 本アプリを改変・解析（リバースエンジニアリング等）して、有料機能を正規の購入なしに使う行為
  • 本アプリやストア、当社の運営を妨げる行為

8. 免責

  • 当社は、本アプリに不具合がないこと、特定の目的に合うこと、目標とする効果が得られることを保証しません。
  • 本アプリの利用によってお客様に生じた損害について、当社は、当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。当社が責任を負う場合も、通常生じうる損害に限り、お客様が本アプリに支払った金額を上限とします。
  • 消費者契約法その他の法令により前項の定めが適用されない場合は、その法令に従います。
  • 当社は、事前の告知のうえ（やむを得ない場合は告知なく）、本アプリの提供を変更・中止することがあります。

9. 規約の変更

本規約を変更する場合は、このページを更新し、最終更新日を書き換えます。大切な変更は、本アプリまたはこのページでお知らせします。変更後に本アプリを使った時点で、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

Trellis Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) cover your use of the smartphone app “Trellis” (the “App”) and its paid upgrade “Trellis Pro” (“Pro”), both provided by tsyk-app (“we”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App does

The App lets you record watering and other plant care, and share the work with your family. The App and the store listing show what is free and what comes with Pro. Features may change as we improve the App.

2. Trellis Pro (one-time purchase)

  • Pro is a one-time purchase (a non-consumable in-app purchase). It is not a subscription and you will not be charged again.
  • When one person buys Pro, everyone in that household gets it. If the buyer leaves the household and no other member has bought Pro, other members’ Pro ends too.
  • The price is shown on the App Store or Google Play purchase screen, and may differ by country, region and time.
  • Payment is handled by Apple or Google. We never receive your card or other payment details.
  • 7-day trial: when offered in the App, you can try Pro free for 7 days. You are not charged automatically after the trial. When the trial ends, Pro features stop, and you need to buy Pro to keep using them. Plants and photos you added are not deleted, but plants added during the trial beyond the free limit, and older photos, stay hidden until you buy Pro. The trial can be used once per household.
  • Restoring your purchase: after reinstalling the App or moving to a new phone, sign in with the same store account you bought Pro with and use the restore option in the App. A purchase cannot be moved between the App Store and Google Play.
  • Refunds are handled by each store; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.
  • If you got the App from the App Store, Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies alongside these Terms.

3. Plant care

  • Watering times, seasonal adjustments and the like are a rough guide. The right care depends on the plant, where it lives and the season. We do not guarantee your plants’ health or growth.
  • Notifications may not arrive, or may be late, because of your system settings, battery saving or connection.

4. Sharing with family

  • Sharing requires signing in with Apple or Google. Plant names, photos, care records, your name and the like are shown to members of the same household.
  • Only give invitation links to people you trust.
  • You are responsible for the photos and text you add.

5. Your data

  • While you use the App alone, your data is stored only on your device. Deleting the App deletes this data, and we cannot recover it.
  • If you use sharing, your data is stored in the cloud. You can delete it with “Delete account” in the App.

6. Ads

  • When you use the App for free, it shows ads served by Google AdMob.
  • Where required, we ask for your consent about how information is used for ads before showing them (Google’s consent tool, UMP).
  • Ads are no longer shown when you use Pro.

7. What you must not do

  • Anything that breaks the law or public order
  • Adding photos you have no right to use, or photos that invade someone else’s privacy
  • Repeatedly sending requests or invitations to bother someone
  • Modifying or analysing the App (reverse engineering and the like) to use paid features without paying for them
  • Interfering with the App, the stores, or our running of the App

8. Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee that the App is free of bugs, fits any particular purpose, or will help you reach any goal.
  • We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the App, except where it is caused by our intent or gross negligence. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to loss that would ordinarily arise and capped at the amount you paid for the App.
  • Where the Consumer Contract Act or any other law prevents the paragraph above from applying, that law prevails.
  • We may change or stop providing the App, with notice beforehand (or, where unavoidable, without notice).

9. Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change, this page is updated and the date above is changed with it. Important changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Using the App after a change means you agree to the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
